New Castle County Police

The New Castle County Police have published a Burglary Prevention manual that can be downloaded here and it allows you to conduct your own threat assessment to disrupt any criminal's plans to choose your home and/or cars and what to do if you are a victim.

 

Take the time to read this valuable manual and if you follow the recommendations listed in it, your chances of having a home invasion or worse will be lessened.

 

On August 14, 2011, a home invasion by three men occurred in the Perth subdivision of Brandywine Hundred. That's only 4 miles from Tavistock in a nice neighborhood. Don't take any chances!
